Harsh Hiranandani
Neha Hiranandani
Harsh Hiranandani has played a major role in setting up Hiranandani Financial Services, the NBFC arm of House of Hiranandani. He began his career with Credit Suisse in their investing banking division in New York where he was involved in numerous cross-border advisory and fund-raising transactions. Since joining House of Hiranandani, Harsh has led Business Development across multiple asset classes. He is an alumnus of the University of Chicago, having majored in Economics with top honours.
Neha Hiranandani is the driving force behind House of Hiranandani’s emergence as a leader in the Indian real estate industry. Her business acumen and passion for the company’s vision, has enabled House of Hiranandani to successfully achieve several goals. Neha is now working towards expanding the company’s real estate presence in India’s top-tier cities in the residential, built-to-suit commercial, and educational space. She is a law graduate from India as well as an alumna of the University of Virginia.

Prem Kumar Chophla’s rich industry experience speaks for itself. He was associated with the Reserve Bank of India from 1982 till his retirement in 2018. During his tenure at RBI, he worked in several key divisions including Bank Supervision, NBFC, Risk Assessment, Financial Inclusion, IT Strategy, and Internal Controls. He retired as RBI’s Chief General Manager. Prem has a number of prestigious certifications to his name. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and holds an International Certification in Banking Risk & Regulation (ICBRR). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Finance & Control. Besides these, he has completed an executive programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Utpal Sheth is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of Rare Enterprises as well as the Founder and Mentor of Trust Group and Chanakya Wealth Creation. Apart from this, he is on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. His business acumen and industry experience has contributed to the long-term growth of House of Hiranandani. Thanks to his expertise, the company follows the highest level of corporate governance in order to balance all stakeholders’ interests. Utpal is a member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). Besides this, he is also a graduate in Commerce with a CWA certification.
Anil Kaul has been appointed as an Independent Director of Hiranandani Financial Services Private Limited (“HFS”) with effect from August 24, 2023. Prior to joining HFS, Mr. Kaul held the highly acclaimed position of Managing Director at Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited prior to conclusion of his term in July, 2023. He has been a part of the banking and insurance industry since 1989 in various capacities and was associated with marquee names such as Citi Bank N.A., Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, Tata Capital, etc in senior leadership positions. During these associations, he specialized in building and scaling up businesses,a managing large teams and also handled major organizational changes. Adding to his professional career, he believes in giving back to the society and he has been doing so by mentoring the younger generation.
With his wealth of experience spanning over 3 decades, Mr. Kaul also has a strong academic background. He earned a first-place finish in his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance after graduating with as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics. Moreover, he also completed the Leadership Perspectives Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton

Uday Suvarna holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hiranandani Financial Services. His experience lies in building scalable and profitable businesses. Uday has over 25 years of experience in the retail and MSME lending domain. Before joining HFS, he was associated with leading retail lenders like IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank and GE Money. Uday holds a Masters in Management Studies and a Bachelor in Science from Mumbai University.

Kartik Nagda is Hiranandani Financial Service’s Chief Business Officer with over 20 years of experience in the retail lending industry. He leads the Retail Sales, Product Development, and Marketing functions. Before joining HFS, Kartik was associated with HDFC Bank where he served as the Business Head of Mortgages and the Emerging Enterprise Group. Prior to HDFC Bank, he worked with GE Money and Navneet Publications. Kartik has a post-graduate degree from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business in Pune.
Dheeraj Mittal is the Chief Operating Officer at Hiranandani Financial Services with over 20 years of experience in Credit Risk, Retail Banking & Operations, and Technology & Process Management. At HFS, he manages the Central & Branch Operations, Information Technology, and Administration functions. Before joining HFS, Dheeraj worked with leading organisations like Reliance Money, IDFC First Bank, HDFC Bank and GE Money. He holds a Masters in Finance Administration and a Masters in Commerce from DAVV Indore.
Manish Odeka is the Chief Risk Officer at Hiranandani Financial Services. He has 17 years of experience in the Retail Banking industry across the domains of Risk, Credit, Collections, Operations, Product & Strategy, and Financial Planning. Before HFS, Manish held leadership roles at Reliance Money, Fullerton India Credit, and ICICI Bank. He is a Chartered Account and has completed an Executive MBA from the Emeritus Institute in Singapore.
Mr. Rajesh Rajak is the Chief Financial Officer of Hiranandani Financial Services.
Rajesh comes with over two decades of domain experience, he joins us from IIFL Finance where he was the CFO, and prior to that he has worked with organisations like HDFC Bank, Union National Bank (UAE) and Ernst & Young.
Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his CFA and FRM certifications.
Mr Hemanshu Parekh is the Head of Credit underwriting at Hiranandani Financial services he comes along with an experience of over 17 years. Hemanshu started his banking career with HDFC bank in 2005 as Credit manager. During his 12-years long stint with HDFC bank, he has managed multiple roles including serving regional level for Mortgages, Unsecured loans and has also managed policy as Product Risk Manager for Loan against Shares, Gold Loans and Branch Banking/offshore product. Prior to joining HFS, he was part of Ambit Finest Private Limited, heading the Credit vertical. Mr Parekh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Diploma in Information Systems Audit – ISA and currently serves as Head – Credit Underwriting for HFS.
Suresh Mehra is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hiranandani Financial Services. He has over 22 years of experience in the BFSI Industry and HR function. In his previous assignment at Axis Bank, Suresh has managed multiple roles. He has headed HR Relationship for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking and Corporate Centre alongwith Talent Acquisition and Centre of Excellence for Performance and Talent Management. He is Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
