HFS provides both secured and unsecured business loans. MSME customers can avail short-term unsecured or smart business loans between ₹1 Lakh to ₹25 Lakhs. In the case of secured loans, the repayment tenure is longer and they can enjoy higher credit ranging between ₹10 Lakhs and ₹2 Crores.

HFS offers flexible loan repayment options that depend on the type of loan. You can choose from short-term, medium-term, and long-term tenure options ranging from 1 year to 15 years.

If you want to change your communication address, please submit the following documents at our branch:
- Service request form
- Self-Attested copy of your new address proof along with the originals for validation
After verification, your new address will be updated in our records within 15 working days.
You can easily make your EMI payments through NACH (National Automated Clearing House).
Post EMI presentation, EMI clearance status will be updated in your loan account within 3 working days. You can also verify the EMI clearance status with your bank.
You can choose to prepay your loan and close it early by visiting any of our branches. Please note that prepayment charges will be applicable in such a case.

All repayments made to HFS will be made without any deduction whatsoever including Tax Deduction at Source (TDS). As the borrower, you need to deposit an amount equivalent to the TDS with the government treasury and provide HFS with the TDS certificate in Form No. 16A downloaded from the TRACES website on a quarterly basis. The TDS amount should also be reflected in the FORM 26AS statement of HFS with ‘F’ status. HFS will refund you an amount equivalent to the TDS amount within 15 working days of providing the TDS certificate. However, the TDS refund claim will be processed by HFS within one year from the end of the year in which TDS is deductible.
